1. MOQ  
For most items, the minimum order quantity is 500pcs-1000pcs/Item/color. And for some hot items available from stock, it can be as low as 50pcs/item/color.

2. Trade Term
It depends on your requirements. If you don’t have special requirements, we would quote by EXW or FOB Guangzhou.

3. Payment Term
Usually we accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and Irrevocable L/C at sight. For VIP customers, better payment term could be granted.

4. Lead time
Usually our lead time is 2-3 weeks.

5. Shipping Method
It depends on your requirements. We can help you choose the best way to ship the goods if you don’t have a shipping forwarder in China.

7. Sample fee
Yes. Most samples fee can be reimbursed as part of payment for the orders you placed.

8. OEM/ODM Project
OEM/ODM project is welcome. Our sales team would work with technicians and designers to give you best solutions and finish the project on schedule.
The minimum order quantity for customized products and material is varied from 1000pcs to 3000pcs or even more.
We always respect our customers’ copyright or business secrets, and usually we would sign a Non-Disclosure-Agreement with customers before the projects.

9. Customized Pacakging
Yes, we have in-house designers and we can help you design packaging. Minimum order quantity is 3000pcs to 5000pcs per design.

10. RMA policy
Sometimes the goods doesn’t arrive in good condition due to shipment problem or other reason. If there is any product defect, please inform us within 30 days from the day receiving the goods.
